The James Hardie Contractor Alliance Program designates professional contractors who are trained and meet the standards set by James Hardie for siding repair and replacement.

In an effort to provide the highest level of service, customer satisfaction surveys are initiated on every James Hardie project installed by a Preferred Contractor using GuildQuality a 3rd party customer satisfaction surveying service.

Prior to being recognized as an Elite Preferred or Preferred Contractor, James Hardie considers all of the following:

• Compliance with Installation Best Practices
• Professional Sales Approach
• Satisfactory credit report
• State Licensed
• Liability insurance $1,000,000 per occurrence
• Workman’s compensation Insurance*
• Satisfactory background check with at least 6 past clients

Hammers for Vets

Homescapes of New England has been working with Hammers for Vets since its inception by providing needed renovation of existing residences to accommodate for disabilities. A wheelchair ramp, a remodeled bathroom, or the widening of doors removes barriers can impact the quality of life for our veterans. In addition, armed services personnel who are deployed overseas often leave spouses and families at home to fend for themselves. If repair work needs to be done at the existing residence there often is a lack of resources and expertise to accomplish it.

Hammers for Veterans’ mission is to raise funds that will be used in providing professional construction related services and assist in the purchase of materials. Members of the New Hampshire Home Builders Association (NHHBA) provide the expertise and professional construction services to complete each project.
