This home had a addition added about a year before which was sided with James Hardie siding.  However the original contractor did not install the product properly so we had to address the clearance issues and caulk it properly.

After the addition was installed it was now time to tackle the main house. The original house shingles had peeling paint, rot and lots of places for insects to nest. We worked with the homeowner on different ideas and we decided it would be best to replace all of the aluminum wrapped wood window trim with new Arctic White- HardieTrim giving the home a nice clean aesthetic.

We stripped the house and put a new Hardiewrap weather barrier around the house.  Then we installed new  6 1/4″ HardiePlank Lap siding in Autumn Tan,  Arctic White HardieTrim and HardieSoffits. We also installed a new ThermaTru Smooth Star entry door as the center of the home. This home has received a Makeover with new James Hardie siding by Homescapes of New England just in time for owners son’s high school graduation. A perfect backdrop to a happy celebration.
